Looks like its gonna be a great meal. I tried an expresso rub on ribeyes last night for the first time. I am hooked for sure.Titusville, Fl. and just bought XL and Med BGE. "Every Day is A Bonus" in my world, and my job is to choke the life out of them. Cancer Sucks.

Time on the Egg. Popped a nice bottle of red. Label a bit rough from the wine cooler. Really nice and rounded.

Plated and cut into pic! The rubs a hit! A little heat and a little sweet. I hit my marks on the doneness. I will be hitting up my Primo buddy for this rub recipe. Not as bold as others I've tried , but really intoxicating.

God that looks fantastic.. I'm always so jealous of mushroom cooks because my wife's allergic. Nicely Done!!!I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Tulare, CA - Large BGE -
Yesterday I rubbed down two thick cut pork chops. I left them to marinate for a few fours. I added some butter to a cast iron skillet and seared. I then filled the skillet half full of brewed community coffee. I covered them with foil and cooked @ 400f for 20 minutes. I turned the several times. The meat had pulled away from the bone. It was the best pork chop I have had since going to Ruth's Chris steak house."One Job at a Time, One Day at a Time"
