It's been a LONG HOT WEEK and today (tomorrow AM) I am officially off call. Hooray!!! Simple dinner tonight. Then the storms moved in. Bollocks! HuskerMaMa jokingly said maybe we should just use the Forman tonight. I'm sure I had that "you've gotta be effing kidding" death stare. She then let out a giggle. So, I grab the MM and toss her onto the tailgate. (the MM not HuskerMaMa
).
First up were the brussel sprouts marinated for about a hour in EVOO & @MeatChurch beta rub.

A few pounds of 75/25 ground beef, chopped Vidalia onion and one egg + @MeatChurch beta rub and made some sliders and par froze them into parchment paper. Sprouts off and bumped the pit up for the sliders.

Then quickly did up some sliced fresh Georgia peaches.

Sliders plated up with some Hatch Chile jalapeno jam,

feta and Datil Pepper Pickle on a King's Hawaiian sweet roll.

Last but not least dessert.

I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada -

Those look damn good Blake. Love sliders.
How was the jelly?THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER -
@Legume Thanks! The jelly was exquisite. It has a chunky jelly preserve texture with sweet & heat and the Hatch is there but, not overpowering. Good stuff. The jar is already almost empty.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL
