The Blackstone Griddle is LEGIT!

Picked up a couple prime rib eyes and through the grinder they went!  Did smashed diner burgers and they were pretty insane.  Top or top 2 burgers I have ever made!  Get off the fence and get one as it is a load of fun!   =)

LMAO...the prime were like a dollar or two more so the wife got those.  I prolly will get select or choice rib eyes next time as these rendered quite a bit.

Wish I could find a good deal on prime around here. It's always north of $20 a pound.

They were $15 # and the choice were $13 #. Not bad but the prime is much better at Costco than these.  I would prolly call these choice or upper choice as the marbling was good but not great.

Man that is some fine looking burgers for sure. I could go for 6 or 8 of them about now. I'm starting to want one real bad myself.  Enjoy the new griddle.

$184 will buy you an awful lot of burgers.

There is something about a flat top....I think it is seeing the food cooking, once the egg dome is closed it is kinda like a microwave - you have to wait to see the result, Always nice to use the lodge griddles on the gasser, if I needed the capacity, the Blackstone would be great.

Nice :plus_one: You even wrapped them in paper like the burger joints. I wish I had some burger joints that served burgers like that.
