An Oldie but a Goodie

Options
Been a while since I made Mongolian Beef. So why not tonight??   

Beef getting happy with some red pepper flakes 


Beef removed then the garlic,ginger and onions went in for a bit followed by the mushrooms


Then everything went back in and added the sauce 


And all ready to eat
