Been a while since I made Mongolian Beef. So why not tonight??
Beef getting happy with some red pepper flakes
Beef removed then the garlic,ginger and onions went in for a bit followed by the mushrooms
Then everything went back in and added the sauce
And all ready to eat

For the sauce I used approximately
4tbls of Tamari Soy sauce
2 tsp of rice wine
3tbls of agave nectar(you can sub sugar)
4tbls of water.

@fljoemon - thank you for the kind words. The wok is my favorite accessory for the egg. Scary at first but once you get comfortable and learn fire control its no different than cooking a steak or chicken. It's just goes a lot faster.
