First Pork Chops in Quite Some Time...

Thick Cut, Bone In, Pork Chops are amongst my most favorite meals to prepare for folks. Low and slow, baste, then reverse sear. Tender, juicy and delicious every time.

@hapster- I know this is straying a little off topic, however earlier in your post you mentioned thin cut chops. As much as I like a grilled chop, every now and then I will take the real thin ones and coat them with commercial Fish Fry and just a touch of cayenne and then deep fry them in peanut oil at 425 degrees. Man you talk about good. Those thin ones are excellent fried. The combination of peanut oil and Fish Fry really make them great. For breakfast they are a real treat. Again, excellent looking grub brother.

Look great. I have switched to reverse sear on pork chops. Makes for a juicier and more evenly cooked chop with a crusty exterior.

That Titleist visor lid is getting worn in nicely. My FAVORITE HUSKER cap had to be retired to the circular file cabinet in the sky
