Since it's just my little girl and me, I let her pick the food today since she got up early with me and came shopping...
Scoot insisted on me doing ribs and wings in the egg... Even after I offered to boil them LOL.
a rack of pork babybacks and 2 racks of beef back ribs going on with oak and hickory for smoke. Pork has Bad Byron's and the beef has Holy Cow. The wings are rubbed with Swamp Venom.
