May Throwdown - Unofficial Thread

This thread shall serve as the "unofficial" May Throwdown thread.  All discussions/questions/comments regarding the May Throwdown should take place here.  A separate "official" thread for entries will be posted and linked to this thread.   In an effort to garner as much participation and as many entries as possible, I have chosen a theme that should be broad enough that anyone egging during the throwdown timeframe can submit an entry. In honor and celebration of Memorial Day the theme is........ "The All-American Meal".  Think of it like this; if you were hosting a foreign family for a meal cooked on the egg, what would you serve to show them true American cuisine.  This should be a very diverse group of entries as our great country is so diverse when it comes to food in the areas we live.  Here are the rules:

1.  Throwdown starts at 6:00 pm EST on Friday May 22 and ends at midnight EST on Sunday May 31
2.  All entries shall be submitted on the "official" May Throwdown thread
3.  The egg must be the primary cooking vessel
4.  5 photos should be submitted, One showing ingredients, One showing the food cooking on the Egg, One Plated and Two Wildcard photos.
5.  Submitted photos should be taken with a cell phone.  
6.  Voting should begin once the entry deadline is up.  In order to vote, "like" the entry you want to vote for.  VOTE ONLY ONCE PLEASE.  I will be the deciding vote in case of a tie. 

Of course, I will provide a fabulous prize for the winner which will be posted on the "official" thread.
