MiniMax Question

I'm cooking with my MiniMax on my Wood table my XL sits in. The MiniMax is elevated, but man it feels hot under there. I'm a concerned about future cooks. I guess I might need a side table or something. What do you folks use?
Kennesaw Ga. XL Egg.
Cheers,
Kevin

Lol. Yeah. I built mine out of scrap wood. I'm plotting a steel/ stainless steel table once my camper project is done. In all seriousness, I've had my mm pretty hot with no issues but you never know.Slumming it in Aiken, SC.

I had a chimney fire this winter, so I don't think Nationwide would find much humor in another fire!! Thanks for the input.Kennesaw Ga. XL Egg. Cheers, Kevin

And I also haven't figured out how it stays on table.

I bought a tool cart from Princess Auto for $124.00. The top shelf was supposed to be the one with the drawer. I cut a hole in the middle shelf moved it to the top position. The plate setter and 13 inch stone both fit in the drawer. I also put some ceramic tile under the mini max with an air space under that.

You've probably answered this a million times, but what the story with your SS table for the large? Did you cut the hole?SaskNortherner said:I bought a tool cart from Princess Auto for $124.00. I bought from a dealer it in Salt lake city about three years ago when I bought my egg . The dealer sold it that way, he had someone cut the hole. You can buy the same table at Wholesale club for a lot cheaper but he did such a good job on the hole I was happy with the results. That is where I got the idea for the Mini Max cart as well.LBGE,Mini Max,Stoker Meadow Lake Sask.
