Hello

Just wanted to say hello . . . I've had a Large for about two years and picked up a MM about two months ago. I've had the pleasure of stealing many recipes, table ideas, and utilizing the advice and information on so many cooks.  One of my favorites is peppered stout beef . . . oh my that's good. Okay so are pig shots and bacon wrapped stuffed tenderloin and smoked rainbow trout . . . No brisket yet, but I hope to hit that in a few weeks.

Anyway, I have enjoyed reading, except for that devastated thread, and finally decided to jump in here.

Here's a pic of my dog waiting on some pork.

    Welcome. I need that patio

    oh and some fish
  • The patio is a great place to entertain. We live out there from May-September.  I need to build a table for the MM and I'll feel better.

Welcome to the mad house ... enjoy.

Oh yes, go to your Profile ...  click "Edit Profile" ... the click "Signature Settings" and enter your home town and that you have a large and a MM.  That way, folks can more accurately answer (or ask) questions.
