Today is going to a bit of mix of things...

Going to start with a little rack of beef back spare ribs... followed by a London Broil for salads this week, and then 2 massive stuffed pork chops with some grilled asparagus. All followed by a dutch oven peach cobbler...

At least that's the plan I have in mind... Tigers game, a beverage or two

Helping the wife to get the first floor cleared out, we are having new floors put in tomorrow

can't wait to get rig of our 15 year old carpet

Staring with a cleaned out egg... Now I know what all the popping and creaking noises are when I'm around 500° and then cooling down... My fire ring is almost completely cracked around the air holes. No worries... I've had the warranty replacement one in the garage for over a year since they replaced my base.
