But damn good. Simple and fast. First pics are original dinner. Second pics are tonight's dinner.

Sorry...often times leftovers go to the dogs (they never complain), but the salmon patties are a big hit in our house and don't last long.Skiddymarker said:Just throw that out, sealed in dry ice and I’ll warm it when it arrives - still pretty nice!Steven

I never have "leftovers"! I always refer to them as "make aheads"! here is a link to an old recipe that we still love. BTW forget the email address included there! Here's the link:

Looks darned good to me. I always make my cooks go as long as I can. I can picture that with an egg and some fried potatoes before I go out on Whitefish Lake for some fishing.

Thanks for sharing Ron. Copied and pasted the recipe in my Paprika App. I also read your postings about "make aheads" in the past. I like the terminology.RRP said:I never have "leftovers"! I read this as well. I have a terminology for not eating all of your food as well. I refer to it as nibbling. There is no nibbling nor nibblers allowed in my house. You will be escorted off the property immediately for this infractionstemc33 said:I also read your postings about "make aheads" in the past. I like the terminology.
