I feel your pain on this one brother. The 15th of this month will be 3 months that I haven't got to cook. The strain has just about became more than I can bare. April 2-4 I'm cooking in the Q at the View in Gulfport at the Island View Casino. It's a KCBS sanctioned event. Feel free to stop by and check out the "myth" for yourself. I will be pretty easy to spot in the crowd.
