Salsa»»» Diced Strawberries, diced red onion, minced garlic, lime zest, lime juice, chopped avocado, diced cilantro, EVOO and S&P to taste.
Fillets with Himalayan Salt and Medley Cracked Pepper. CI pan w/ butter. Plated w/ Arugula, green beans and blackberries.
