»»»Direct w/ CI pan 450-500℉ dome. Using very little butter sear each fillet....these were fairly thick so they went about 3.5 minutes per side. I would recommend skin on with these as they are delicate and hold together better w/ the skin left intact.
Salsa»»»Prep time roughly 15-20 minutes. 1 red onion petite diced, 2 pints strawberries hulled and petite diced, 1 fresh garlic clove minced, cilantro diced or herb shears, 1 lime zested, 2 limes juiced, 1 Tbs EVOO and S&P to taste. Place covered in refrigerator for about an hour or until you're ready to plate. Note: do NOT use a food processor because, even on pulse it will ruin the presentation. Don't ask how I know this

@cook861 Thank you very much. @HuskerMaMa loved it. Nope no dessert. She is coming off of a 10 day green smoothie cleanse so the meals are lite and lean. We are both still doing the smoothie for breakfast. They're actual pretty decent and good for us. Now I just need to hit the water to catch my own fish. Although I won't catch many Red Snapper or Grouper fishing in-shore like we do (bank & pier fishing). @texaswig the cleanse definitely helped her and now continuing a modified regimen with paleo lifestyle. I only dI one in the morning each day and I like it. We use the Ninja for this.
