Looks good Chubbs! What temp do you go with on that set-up? I did one on my mini at 400 indirect and the bottom got pretty charred since it was so close to the pizza stone. I was thinking of dropping to 350 or so to see if that helped.L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....eggAddict from MN!

Not a comment on the mini, but chicken salad made with egg roasted smoked chicken is the bomb! I usually just do chicken breasts from walmart, season with some Montreal Chicken over some apple chips.
I only add celery, sweet yellow onion and mayo when done and put in the vacuum sealer container overnight. Perfect for a low carb diet also.

Yeah I usually do a little scallions, celery, yellow onion, grapes, mayo, apple cider vinegar, little dry rub, paprika, celery seed, salt and pep. Sometime I do a curry version without some of the other ingredients and sometime I use craisins.
