Simple supper on the mini & large egg. No Units tonight.

Just some small Ribeyes to make steak and cheese Po boys with. Cranked the mini up to about 800 degrees for a fast sear. A simple salt rub, nothing more. Fired up the large to make some stuffed peppers and stuffed mushrooms. The shroons were stuffed with ground sausage and bacon. The peppers were stuffed with cream cheese, ground bacon and onion, then wrapped with bacon. Sprinkled with a little cayenne just because. Cooked indirect until tender. Nothing special, but it hit the spot.
