No turkey for me

So my mom wanted to do the turkey in the oven and not on my egg...lame. I had to bring over something off the egg so I decided to do a beef loin and a few ABT's. The ABT's were on my LBGE at 375 for around 45 minutes. All I put on the loin was salt, pepper, and DP cow lick seasoning. I slow cooked it at 250 on my XL until it hit 115 and then pulled it, cranked up the XL to 650 and seared it to finish it off. It turned out really good, everyone talked about how great it was! Hope you all had a great thanksgiving!

To be perfectly honest, it looks perfect. Doesn't get any better than that. I prefer my meat on the rare said and you hit that right on the money my friend. Again, excellent job by any measure.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

I think you are the Thanksgiving winner - at least as far as "whose T-day dinner would I want to eat?" goes.
That tenderloin looks awesome.

Looks great. Even better that it isn't turkey. It will be good to see some things cooked other than turkey going forward for a little while.XL BGE, LG BGE, and a hunger to grill everything in sight!!!Joe- Strongsville, OH
