Improvised Stuffed Butt.

Wanted to make a stuffed butt for later tonight. That said, nothing has went right. Just been one of those days so far. Once I got it stuffed I realized that not only am I out of jetnet but I'm out of string as well. I'm cooking it any way. Just a 5 pound butt split and stuffed with a little of this and a little of that. Going to cook it indirect at 375 degrees until a internal of 160 degrees. Just a shot of pecan for smoke.
