I thought why not. Meat, cheese and potatoes. Simple but awesome. Thought I would put a little smoke to it as well. Hence the use of Unit #1 for the finish.

Unit 7 tuning is complete. Also final deflector plate installation on a direct fired hog cooker I built is complete as well. They will be blasted and painted and ready for use in a few days. I'm going to post first firing of each my friend. If I don't post it here, it will be on the BBQ Brethern for sure. If you like Parmesan, this is about as good as I have ever tried. I even use this one for chargrilled oysters. Restaraunt Depot carries it if you have one close.

@Griffin needs to see this. Looking good!I was at a bar the other night and you could get any of their nachos served with tater tots instead of chips. They called them tot-chos. I didn't get a chance to try them but plan to make them sometime soon...Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
