I like the idea of cheese. What kind if cheese did you use?

If you like Parmesan, this is about as good as I have ever tried. I even use this one for chargrilled oysters. Restaraunt Depot carries it if you have one close. image
I find that cheese at my Costco as well.  It's some of the best.

@ChicagoEgghead20‌- Unfortunatley we do not have a Costco in our area. Nor does our SAMs carry it. I have to get it from Restaraunt Depot over in New Orleans. It's well worth the drive though.

@Griffin needs to see this.  Looking good!

I was at a bar the other night and you could get any of their nachos served with tater tots instead of chips.  They called them tot-chos.  I didn't get a chance to try them but plan to make them sometime soon...
I'd be all over that, but unfortunately the wife has made some comments before about tater tot casseroles so I've never bothered to make one. :( Them tot-chos sound right up my alley too. Kind alike Irish nachos but tots instead of tater wedges. :D

  • @SGH - I think i'd find it hard to make it without a Costco.  I was told you have to have a restaurant or non-profit type classification to shop at RD?  Is there a way around this? We have a few of them around here and I've heard their seafood is a good buy.

I wish that I could answer that question for you but I'm not sure. I myself do not have a Restaraunt Depot membership. However I have a good friend who lives in New Orleans that does.
