Chicken on the Egg

Cooked quit a few things this weekend.  Started out on Friday with a spatchcocked chicken and asparagus.  It was delicious, moist, juicy and flavorful.  On Saturday, we had a deep dish pizza.  It tastes great, but the crust stuck to the ceramic pan very badly, I guess i need to season it more.  A local butcher shop sells what they call chicken delight, which is a chicken breast wrapped around a sausage, all wrapped in bacon.  It was delicious.  I forgot to take a picture of it but it was great.
For dinner on Sunday we had a sausage and potatoes, all cooked on the egg.  I need to remember to take more pictures but here is one of the chicken.  It looks darker in the picture than it did in person.

Thanks

That looks very tasty.  Well done and welcome aboard.

Now, it is your duty as a forum member to get us a picture of the chicken delight so those of us who can't buy it can recreate it and/or modify it.  The picture will be a good starting point.

I am with @Foghorn. That chicken delight sounds pretty good.

The chicken delight was good.  I have some leftover, I'll try and get a picture of the cross section tonight if my wife didn't eat it for lunch.

Sorry, the chicken was all gone when I got home.  i purchased this at Ainsworth processing in Crosby, TX.  Seems to be a great shop, everything has tasted great that we have purchased there so far.

Looks like a winner to me. Nice bird. Just for mentioning stuffed and wrapped chicken:
