Quick cook tonight, Tigers are on...
Used some of my elf package for spice and did them with a modified caveman tonight.
Loved the spices @paqman
Had them with a few fried eggs and fresh tomatoes.

Have a hot lunch date tomorrow with my girlfriend at a local bar and restaurant... Have some early Friday cocktails and watching the game. Even better... I'm a lock to get lucky and the place is walking distance from my front door

Regular season doesn't mean anything once the playoffs start.
Besides head to head, the Orioles are better in nearly every category based on the regular season. That doesn't mean anything right now. It's a short series and the Orioles just beat the Tigers best pitcher. I'm thinking 4 games, one way or another. -

That was a great game overall. Yes I am an O's fan, but the 10-pitch brilliance of the Tigers(5 runs) and the chipping away by the O's made for compelling baseball. I usually add the spices just after grilling my steaks while they are resting under a piece of alluminium foil. That way, I avoid the bitter taste of burnt pepper. You should try that, much better in my opinion even if the instructions says to season a few hours in advance.
I never tried this mix on steaks, I purchased a jar for myself and tasted it from the jar. It is good but I prefer the Schwartz. It is fairly new that they sell the spices. The restaurant is well recognized and was featured in one of Anthony Bourdain's TV show.
