New Egg

Hi Everyone,

I recently purchased a large egg, and the mahogany table to put it in.  I have cooked on it three times so far.  The first was burgers, they were great, the second cook was hot wings, they were really good, and the third was a pork roast, which was one of the best I've ever made.  Prior to this I cooked on Weber Kettle for ~ 15 years, never though I would not use one of them.  So far I am happy with the egg, it looks great and is easy to use.  I still need to mess with it a little to get low temps that I would want for an extended cook, but all it good so far.
Here are some pics of the egg and the pork roast.  I will likely do chicken thighs and a deep dish pizza this weekend.
