2 first and a double

Sher-bear is gone so I can do whatever the f...."she's gone isn't she Jake"?

Baby red potatoes wrapped in bacon. I started to put them on indirect and did...but in a pan. What's better than potato cooked in bacon grease? Phenomenal is all I can say.

Grilled romaine. I cut the dark green ends off, cut the heart in half, evo, mid 80's rap duo and grilled. Phenomenal. @paqman‌ used to always post this so dues given.

The steak is still a work in progress but I'm close. Vac sealed 2 LG ribeyes and redneck tubbed for a while...100 degrees. Rubbed garlic/herb butter on and placed them in an aluminum pan flipping till 115. Removed the ps and cranked the egg up but got impatient. It needed more of a sear. Kinda mushy but tasted really great. ..not easy on the eyes though.

Tried a coupla oysters on the egg while cleaning up...another work in progress. Double Oak and a Perdomo for dessert.
