Due to weather the title says it all. Had to keep things simple and small tonight. Sorry my friends. For tonights cook:
The Appetizer.

Kabobs made with left over Teres Major meat and some vegetables.

A few bratwurst.

Jalapeño peppers stuffed with cream cheese and ground shrimp and crab meat wrapped with bacon.

The main course.

Thought that i would do a few lamb racks. Simple and fast. Maybe a Cornish hen stuffed with left over shrimp and crab from the peppers.
Nothing special tonight my friends. Wish me luck and thanks for looking.

    SWMBO is not big on ABT's, does not like the heat, so we make her what we call Mule Deer Farts, MDF's. Sweet pepper, cream cheese and peach mango salsa, bacon wrapped...

    Brother the weather has been bad over here almost all day. It's amazing how only 18 miles apart and the weather can be so different. It rained almost all day. We just got a break but it's still cloudy. Again thanks brother grim.

    @SGH - not to hijack your excellent thread.....

    @jcaspary - funny but a year or so ago having some ABT's (Jalapeno/cream cheese/chorizo) someone asked why SWMBO was not having any - she replied "Far too spicy for me", to which someone with bottle or two of wine in them replied - "You don't want the whole turd - maybe just a fart, like from a Mule deer". It just stuck so we call the mild ones MDF's. I still enjoy the original style ABT's with a hot soft case chorizo....
