Was a crazy Friday and I wanted pizza so I used a Pre-Made Whole Wheat Crust with red & yellow peppers,tomatoes,red onions,shrooms,olives, feta and chunks of moz.
Even broke out the fine China for the pics!!

@stemc33 - I use Boboli wheat crust. I have found if I put them on at 450 and increase to 525 I will get a crispy/crunchy crust with the toppings getting browned but not burn. I'll definitely be trying the Boboli. I did my usual Trader Joe's dough, and sauteed onion, garlic, and pancetta while the egg warmed up. One pizza had red sauce as well, the other not. Mozarella and parmesan on top. As usual the second got the better crust. For desert, smores. I have never tried premade dough or made my own dough for pizza. Been thinkin about a dough from scratch but I have good luck with what I am buying. @mattman3969 I like it... good flavor and cooks up to a pretty good crispness/chewiness. And if you stretch it out gently and don't kill it with the rolling pin it will keep nice air pockets.
