I just had a very lengthy discussion with a forum member who was kind enough to give me his/her number to answer a question I had asked more in-depth than pm would allow. (I am not using a forum name out of respect for his/her privacy, just in case the preference would be for privacy.) Not only did I get excellent information on my question, I got what turned out to be an amazing conversation on so many different topics. While we both had differing viewpoints on some subjects, it was one of the best, most thoughtful conversations I've had in a while. (And no, I don't live in my mom's basement...not that there's anything wrong with that 
). So for my new friend...thank you very much for the conversation. I look forward to many more. For the rest of you...you never know where egging is going to take you. Enjoy the journey.

This is one strange post. Glad you got your info. Bunch of good people on here.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Your egg journey gets you good advice and conversation. I got neither as my egg journey led to Salado and drunken debauchery with @henapple, @Mickey, and @nolaegghead.
I musta took a wrong turn in Albuquerque.
XXL BGE, Karebecue, Klose BYC, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle

Man I talked to Nola on the phone one day outa the blue. It was really strange because it just felt like I was talking to a friend I've known for a long time. Wasnt awkward or anything. Really cool in my opinion. Hope he felt the same.
