@TexanOfTheNorth‌ He bought a new Cadillac this month. It was in automotive news. And I know the house was inexpensive by today's standards but it's a super fine large home. I'm basing this on standing in front if it and the speaker in the bush telling me to back away lol.

Look at it on google images. It's no super mansion but it's sill probably a million dollar home if appraised.

I have no doubt that I will.  I've never done one whole anyway so I wouldn't know to remove it or leave it.

The clod is not my surprise for cazzy. The clod if for the Cen Tex Smoker. He requested seeing it so I'm posting it for him. Brother Cen Tex is a fine man and a outstanding cook so I'm honored that he would ask.

You, sir, have shockingly low standards about what makes a fine man and an outstanding cook :))

I really do want to see this clod though.

The Teres Major is usually removed and cut into market cuts. I wanted to represent the clod with all three heads intact. The Teres Major, Teres Minor and the Infraspinatus. Hence the weight of it.

We never broke down butts at the shop. We pretty much bought the "money" primals and subs and cut from those. We didn't have the staff to reliably break down butts so I never learned as much as I would have liked about that.

I'm no pro brother @The Cen-Tex Smoker‌ but I can still cut a little meat. Just thought I would leave it whole so folks could see the entire clod in unaltered form. I usually do remove the Teres Major and cook it seperate.

Yep...that's one I don't know how he can spin out of. It's really the only thing that made me question everything else.

I think we all know he's not 89...so whatever he has planned for me, I at least know he lied about that. Whatever the case may be...this has all been pure awesome. I should really get some work done. Lol

I'm honestly 49. Will be 50 in December. The 89 did start out as a typo. I got a quick PM from a friend in Central Texas and NO asking me what in the world. I was going to edit it but they requested that I leave it. When I inquired as to why leave it at 89 the response was a simple. It will drive a certain forum member that is obsessed with you insane. They were correct my friend.

Your timeline is a lil messed up too as I wasn't on to you until much later. With that being said...I'm glad you're back and thankful for the entertainment. Good stuff man.
