    Sorry. But I want be mean to someone when they are trying to do right. I never wanted this to go where it has. I hope it's over. I think a lot of people fail to see that cazzy has some very good qualities. He should be judged more for his good ones than his negative ones.

    That's all that want. A lot of people mock me and say bad things about me because I use "brother" and "friend". The sad part is I mean it when I say it. All I want to do is help people who need it. Nothing more.

    @SGH I get it. I have never been bothered by either the "brother" or the "friend" thing. I live in GA so I am used to hearing that. 

    I guess at the end of the day it is all about posting good cooks.

    Passive aggressive much? I'm fine with the forum acquaintances I've made and could care less if some of the soup drinkers don't like my "negative" qualities.

    The only thing I'm posting is a 34 pound beef shoulder for Cen-Tex that I cooked on my offset. Nothing more. Cazzy has been kind to me today and I shall show him the same respect. As far as the avatar you noticed I changed it from a crow once he showed me kindness. The change was out of respect. Nothing more.

    Well, please post a picture of that humungous shoulder clod you recently cooked.  I have done them, but never a complete one with all three sections intact.  Was that on your Egg or in the cabinet smoker?  You may have said, but I missed it in all the goings on.

    I was hoping this thread would die soon but something happened an hour ago. A good friend called to tell me he was just diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma. At the end of this emotional call he said, "thanks brother". I can't recall that he had ever said that to me before but then again we'd never had an emotional call, only good times. Let's let this topic rest in peace.
