T minus 3 minutes...crack a road soda that is hiding in the office fridge, head to the cigar store, head home and fire up the egg... Hit the uber Wal mart at lunch, got a bunch of royal oak to try, 3 racks of ribs some jalapeños for abts. Giddyup.

Slacker here although catching up-but BGE house rules (regardless of local time): Light the lump-time for a beer; Meat on-time for a beer; then as necessary/desired to maintain the correct altitude for the duration and beyond. Will be a reasonable start Sat but early on Sunday.
