Cotronics Gasket

Anyone have any Cotronics gasket lengths to sell for me to replace mine on my egg?

Just checking before I order a bunch

    Yep, I just ordered a whole roll to restock. 1/8 flat gasket. I also ordered the self adhesive one to try, the glue did not stand up to the heat......hopefully they'll take it back.

    I've heard that the glue does not like moisture. I'm going to try the self adhesive 1/8" 397. What did you get?

    Yep, the 397 self adhesive.  It didn't hold up to the heat.  First cook, the gasket came loose and left the glue in a goopy mess.  I tried their expensive ceramic adhesive/putty in the big syringe years ago--same deal, let loose after first high temp cook

    Stick with 3M Super77 or Permatex UltraCopper to be safe (pun intended.)  I've run two of my Eggs on this for 2-3 yrs with those.  I just tried the self adhesive stuff to make the install easier for my customers--glad I didn't ship it!!

    I have plenty of the 1/8 flat tape (397) "Glue-it-yourself" stuff in stock if you need a length.  Just hit the website below and send me an email through the contact page.
