Beef Stroganoff was very popular in the '50s, but I think people overdosed on it, so it kinda faded from sight.
I think it's time to bring it back. It's a wonderful meal and easy to fix.
I simmered it on the mini, but I should have done it on the Large to get some of the smokey taste to it.

Thanks! BTW, I was kinda proud of the decorations around the plate. It's finely chopped green onions and paprika. I sprayed some Pam on the edge so they would stick.__________________________________________Dripping Springs, Texas.Just west of Austintatious

I love beef stroganoff, but my recipe has sour cream and mustard for a rich sauce.

Nice plating. Stroganoff, like you said right out of the Betty Crocker cookbook. We use sirloin or round steak sliced thin. Always sour cream, after all this is north America.Great cook VI.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

Cool new cook. Table looks good. BUT where the hell is room for me at the table? I just don't think it is fair to have Pam go set at the counter.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
