Hello everyone,
my name is Stephanie and I'd like to share with you a cookbook focused on weight loss. I've been writing it during last weeks and I think it's finally ready. It's absolutely for free. Please head over to the website of mine and download it - www.fatmeltingrecipes.com

I spent quite some time working on it. Each recipe includes exact calories breakdown - calories, protein, carbs and fat are counted. I also included a calorie counting spreadsheet in excel, so you can find out how many calories you need to lose, gain or maintain your weight.

I hope you will enjoy it. Please post a feedback what could be improved, in case I decide to write some. If you like the book, please share it with your friends on facebook or twitter (I've put nice buttons on the site for that :))

    Steph123, I see you've posted this exact same discussion on several boards I frequent. A simple cut and paste job; you didn't even take the time to personalize the message to any particular site. I wish you well in your endeavors, but I, for one, will not be increasing traffic to your site.

    BBQ and weight loss. Guess you would have to eat the book for that to really work.
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    If it guaruntees I can eat all the brisket, ribs, pork butts and bacon (not mention all the wonderful apps here) and still lose weight, then I'm in!

    I can write a great weight loss routine for everybody that is only two sentences long and I'll give it to you for free.

    1.Consume less calories.

    2. Burn more calories.

    You have to enter an email address to get it, put it in and received a pdf and an excel file to calculate my calories, nothing special. I wonder how much extra spam I'll get now :)
