XL Cedar BGE Table

Big thanks to DrivingHampster for the idea on this one. This is the table I came up with for my XL BGE. (I actually haven't purchased it yet, on the docket for this week.) Made out of all Cedar Boards except the posts which are wrapped in Cedar to give it a craftsman style kind of look.

The top portion of the table is made of 1" Cedar which I routered out for the edges and curves. I am a big fan of the Kreg pocket hole jig which I used throughout as well as Tightbond III wood glue. No skimping here. There are numerous structure supports throughout which should give this thing plenty of strength. Used caster wheels as well which makes moving it around a heck of a lot easier but I believe I will have to change out a couple for the locking type.

I haven't decided which color I am going to "stain" it yet nor hooks etc. for utensils. I have seen that Teak oil works extremely well on Cedar to maintain it's natural look. Any ideas or recommendations are appreciated.
