Honest, loyal, super talented, wicked smart, very hard worker, can read a room like nobody I know, just don't cross her.  If you cross her, or her friends, the Beth in her comes roaring right out.

Botch can speak for himself of course, but it seems to me he was only referring to the scowl, and not his entire face.  I’m not sure I see it either way, so he might have just been joking, too.
