I love smoking foods since I got my egg, and the day job is Financial Advisor (or stock broker to some) pretty simple, but it works

My Granpa thought that I was to be the last one born, so he called me Caboose. BUT---10 years later a brother was born and then 5 years after that was a sister. I kept the handle Caboose. My parents were married 72 years; Mom is still alive...she loved smoked turkeys from the big green egg!!!

I'm a bit of a car nut, and a prefer manuals over auto's, and when I started going online I chose the configuration of the car I then drove, 3 Pedals and 6 Speeds.
It stuck, and I use it everywhere now, whether the board is automotive related or not. -

I'm spending Christmas in Ventura this year. Be there four days. My daughter wants to visit a winery or two in the SB area. Got any suggestions on which are the best and also restaurant suggestions.

Not sure how mine came about, but it had to something to do with getting a Harley where I thought everybody had a funny handle. I use it for most forms of identification, except on my Conch Republic passport.

4 oz Svedka vodka
splash dry vermouth
3 tbsp olive juice
2 olives
1. Place an ice cube and a small amount of water in a cocktail glass. Place in freezer for 2 - 3 minutes.
2. Fill a mixer with all ingredients including garnish. Cover and shake hard 3 - 4 times.
3. Remove cocktail glass from freezer, and empty. Strain contents of the mixer into the cocktail glass, include one of the olives.
4. Sit by lit green egg and imbibe. (La Flor Dominica Chisel optional)
