we just got back from a week at Disney and Universal where we did Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and Universal Halloween Horror Nights. It was a great trip. SWMBO and daughter asked me
to reproduce the shrimp from Disney’s Polynesian O’Hana restaurant. Mine turned out more spicy but everyone enjoyed it.

Chicken legs were dusted with SPG and then hit with sweet Baby Rays BBQ
Ribs were dusted with Meat Church Honey Hog and the Sweet Baby Rays

@Ragingirishman2, my kids first trip to Disney was for Halloween. Actually on Halloween. We did Mickey’s not so Scary and thought it was absolutely amazing. Glad you enjoyed the trip. Good looking eats!
