Another photo from Minnesota today.  It is clear we will never agree on appropriate use of force. We are so far down the slippery slope that we don’t even ask:

    1. Why were they trying to detain her? (Hint: they will claim terrorism or something)
    2. Why 3 agents armed like they are capturing a foreign president? (Hint: intimidation and because it’s cool)
    3. Why they are now using Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis instead of the National Guard (hint: judge ruled National Guard couldn’t patrol US streets in a law enforcement capacity).
    4. Could the agent have gotten out of the way (hint: he wasn’t run over, so yes)
    5. Was she trying to hit him, or save herself (hint: she turned the wheel to the right as far as she could could)

All we ask is can this officer claim he feared for his life? (Hint: he didn’t, but he will claim it, and if you say otherwise you are lying to yourself)

I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Also, now Trump says it is illegal to video the federal agents.  Yeah, let’s focus on harassing the victims instead of the perpetrators.  Nice.

Official ruling is in and investigation done, from the king himself:

“The woman screaming was, obviously, a professional agitator, and the woman driving the car was very disorderly, obstructing, and resisting, who then violently, willfully, and viciously ran over the ICE Officer, who seems to have shot her in self-defense.

Based on the attached clip, it is hard to believe he is alive, but is now recovering in the hospital.

The situation is being studied, in its entirety, but the reason these incidents are happening is because the Radical Left is threatening, assaulting, and targeting our Law Enforcement Officers and ICE Agents on a daily basis.

They are just trying to do the job of MAKING AMERICA SAFE. We need to stand by and protect our Law Enforcement Officers from this Radical Left Movement of Violence and Hate! PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP."

Very odd that she decided to aim her car "at him" by ... turning it away from him.

Maybe that's how people aim in Fukahwee Maine, I'm not sure.

that pic, is that a pepper spray/powder bazooka. saw one yesterday, intimidating noise

1.0  she was doing this throughout the day

5.0  she turned to the right because the road went to the right not because the officer was infront of the vehicle

All we ask is can this officer claim he feared for his life?
the last time in a similar situation the officer was dragged down the  road

I'm sure he "feared for his life" as he was on the side of the minivan and... kept shooting into it.

Blocking Minnesota state officials from investigating the shooting sure doesn't seem like the sort of thing you'd do if you were convinced it was justified:

They are the last people you want investigating anything at this point. Their track record isn't so hot....

Just because a federal agent commits a crime doesn’t make it a federal matter.  That’s not how the law works.

Maybe those episodes of Debbie does Deer haven’t been the most reliable source of legal information for you.

Sounds like either he is a slow leaner or he should have had more counseling to deal with his PTSD before being let loose on the public with a gun and a license to kill.

Anything to prevent you from imagining maybe the ICE agent got trigger happy, whatever you need to tell yourself.

    Cool, which one deserved death?

This isn’t about getting a ticket or being detained for a few months without seeing a lawyer, this is about extra-judicial killing.

It would help everyone if we had a list of things we can be killed for by federal law enforcement:

    1. Being a minority
    2. Being female
    3. Being a democrat
    4. Being non-binary
    5. Being non-cis
    6. Getting a divorce
    7. Putting kids in daycare, or is just having kids enough?
    8. Heckling ICE
    9. ?
    10. ?

You mean fleeing.  Okay, fine fleeing from police is an executable offense.  Now we are getting somewhere.

As far as attempted homicide, now all
cops need to do is step in front of a car they want to stop and if you don’t, they can shoot you.  Cool.

    Breaking….

U.S. federal officers shoot man and woman in Portland, Ore., police say
    Update…..

DHS says agent fired 'defensive shot' in Portland
    Sarah Petz

In a statement about the Portland incident posted to X, the Department of Homeland Security said an agent fired a "defensive shot" after a driver "weaponized his vehicle."

DHS says the driver attempted to run over law enforcement officers who were conducting a targeted vehicle stop after the agents identified themselves to the vehicle's occupants.

This is similar language to what federal officials used to describe what took place in Minneapolis.

The driver drove off with the passenger inside, the statement says.
