Bacon wrapped honey buns

One of my buddies at work showed me this recipe and said “hey, since I’m a diabetic, would you try this and just tell me how it’s is. I can’t stop thinking about it and can just live this experience through you”

was pretty fun. Smelled amazing while smoking. I had smoked some country style ribs, and then put these on as we were eating supper. 

They were good. But not just amazing. I’d say 7/10. Fun cook, kids were entertained. But not sure I’ll just be running to do them again

In my youth, I probably would have found that to be a 9/10 - and if you added another layer of sugar glaze over the bacon it would reach 10/10.

I think this would count as a similar item - at one of the ButtBlasts in NC, @theyolksonyou made  breakfast sammies on the griddle.  With glazed donuts. Good lord, they were delicious.
