Hoping all is well, and thank you. Work has gotten seriously busy for me, working in the field and the lab. I have test markets I have been working in KY, TN, IL, IN, OH, WV, and MO. The last 5 years have been a bit more than I had anticipated. Cancer, knee surgery, broken ankles, Covid, have taken a toll. Hopefully I will wrap this last release, and retire. It is time.

I had meant to getting a slice on camera, but My Beautiful Wife and I were busy since our French press this morning.

By the time we put it on the plate, within minutes it was game over. We will definitely be doing this again, hopefully I can show you a medium cut the next time.

Thank you, I was expecting it to be very good, just from the quality of the beef, it was. Cast iron was this cook, next one, will be egg. Hoping all is well.

You elevated a home run steak. Cast iron is our go to, though swmbo is not a fan of mushrooms I sure miss them.

Dang @YukonRon - that list of medical challenges would put a hurt on anyone.  But the above cook tells me you have rounded the turn and are headed for home.  Glad you are back here.

My man, hoping all is well! Thank you for the kind offer, but the new dish washer got the scraped off plates. I have not had a ribeye in a while, and asked myself, why I do mot have them more often than once per year.

Changes are coming…..time to get the band back together.

I will be finding out soon. Currently burning my vacation days the entire month of December. Loving the life, I think I will fit in nicely.

Hoping all is well Ron, your gaskets are still going strong after 10+ years now. Thank you for those, they have been awesome.

Thank you. Hoping you and your family is doing well.

Negative on the sucking, I am really getting into my cooking with cast iron. I really am enjoying the task to get my RBC count back to normal. I really had not consumed much red meat in the last few years, but now, if there would be a meatloaf soda available, I would be drinking it.

Great to be back. Time to get the party started.

I am so glad to be back, thank you for the kind words. I am hoping all is going well with you and your family.

Hoping you are still enjoying your stick burner. I might be reaching out to you again to help me with a cook, I got volunteered to do 2 briskets this weekend for a gathering of 25 (+ or-) folks in our neighborhood here in the Highlands. You are the guru with the voodoo, that has made my brisket game so much better.

It has certainly been a journey, and a couple of tests along the way. My Beautiful Wife is adamant about 2025 is our final year making money for others.

    It is time.

One of our favorite things we love to do here in the spring is chase the morels is the spring. My Beautiful Wife makes me participate. We have not been able to as much as we like, but hopefully next spring we may do so again. If we have any luck, we will post our cooks with those we harvest.
