This original Hollywood grater is our go to for making any thing, of any size - a smaller size. Five different cones of slicing/grating.  It was my grandmother's, passed to my mother and now to me.  My son is eyeing it over my shoulder as I type.

Mine is somewhat similar, cutting turkey bones is a struggle for me, maybe I need stronger hand.

I had a similar pair and it was night and day difference between the two. I didn't realize what I was missing out on until I got one that actually cuts!

I clean out the jalapeño and then slice it lengthwise to make the boat. 

I hear you - but I prefer to keep the back end on my ABT boats so I cut the stem off by carefully slipping a knife under the "doily". That way none of the melted cheese leaks out the back of the boat.

No matter how you slice it, those corer tools are cool!  I use a pairing knife to do all my popper prep, but those tools look way faster!

Scotch Tape is a great item to have around for resealing boxes and bags in the kitchen.

i like that,  the chip bag clips at the supermarkets around here are too small and always break, tape would solve that problem

something i saw last week was the bread bag wire tie in bulk with a cutter, going to pick that up soon too.

Why fish? You can buy various pre cut lengths 1000 per box from Uline for cheeeeeeep

Painter’s tape and a Sharpie. Great when you send meals to family, as they know when it was made and can judge shelf life accordingly.

Sorry @colbylang for butting in. What would fish do with 4,800 ties, he doesn't run a bakery  Oh wait, the whisperer can show him how to use them to tie fish baits.

but then if i need longer ones to tie plants to the tomato cages or string a bunch of 1/2 inch nuts together......the spool looks convenient, i can just nail it to the kitchen wall over the toaster

Please use a railroad spike or a long rusted bent nail.

peg boards, a bit more formal for the camp kitchen. just added a third over the stove for four 6 inch s/s spice shelves im making this week, oils, vinegars and spices i hate losing things in the drawers and cabinets. have another wall ill add for the spoons spatulas , tongs etc and maybe the wire tie roll. people with eggs should not have tiny kitchens.....
