I do gizzards for Salt and I several times a month for lunch. Anyone else?
Very simple cook. 350/400 about 25/30 minutes till 165. I use SPG from HEB (salt-pepper-garlic).

I love gizzards, I never thought about cooking them on the Egg. I must try it!

Love gizzards, mainly fried. Tried them on the egg a few a times and still rather have them fried. No one in my house eats them but me.LGBE-1999, MBGE-2003, SBGE-2007

Just curious about this, on a "national view" scale: decades ago when I bought a whole chicken, the "giblets" (heart, liver, gizzard) and the neck were always stuffed into the body of the bird; I would eat the heart and chop the rest for stock. The last time I bought a whole turkey, I got the giblets, but that was years ago.
Is this true of chickens throughout the US? or is it just a Utah thing? Do you get the giblets when you buy a whole chicken?___________"When small men begin to cast big shadows, it means that the sun is about to set."
