Sausage and Pepper Hoagies - EGGspander

My take on a Sausage and Pepper Hoagies!

First of all I set up the XL BGE with my fav accessory, the 5 Piece EGGspander with the half moon cast iron plancha on one side and a raised grate on the other. Perfect for this cook! Got these yummy Johnsonville Queso w/Pepper Jack sausages and cooked them direct on the raised grid. The peppers and onions hit the plancha with a little BGE SPG. Once everything was cooked, I threw the rolls on the plancha for a little crust and loaded these babies up. 

The EGGspander made this a seamless cook and let me tell you…these were tasty!
