Moinks, turtle eggs and country style ribs

Felt like some randomness on the egg today. Moink balls on the bottom. They’ll get dunked in red bbq sauce when they’re close to done. Turtle eggs have a combo of whipped chive cream cheese, palmetto cheese and tillamook cheese in them. Country style ribs getting mustard based bbq sauce later.
Working with JD barrel oak chips.

Round 2. Moinks. Sauce was a blended up combo of SBR, peach/hab infused honey, and a fresh jalapeño. Dunked when the bacon was crispy, then let it caramelize.Good. 👍🏽
