It's been a LONG time since I've posted here. Life got in the way. I have since retired and can do pretty much anything I want to. Tonight was lamb.
The chops are marinaded in McCormick's Brazilian Steakhouse and cooked hot and fast on the BGE at 450 with some mesquite chips for smoke.
