The looks like a great cook, I’m sure it’s tastes just as good as I imagine.
I’m supposed to do a 14# brisket tonite for Father’s Day . Can you detail your cook for me.? I’ve never done a brisket and am a bit nervous about ruining a costly piece of meat.
