Another NYT recipe, and another smashing success. Served over a bed of fried rice I whipped up with some leftovers, and garnished with scallions and sesame seeds. 

Batting a thousand with the NYT recipes - another one I highly recommend.

    Another beauty! Extra points for using fork to eat rice on plate, no offense but I cringe when I see chopsticks on plate with rice.

    In the spirit of full disclosure, this plate was for SWMBO. She hasn’t learned to master chop sticks, doesn’t matter if the food is in a bowl or on a plate. 😎

    Yessir. Looks fantastic. We use NYT cooking quite a bit. Can’t recall any losers and most are fantastic.
