This stuff is amazing and super easy:
8oz Sheep’s Milk Feta
3/4 cup full fat Greek yogurt
2-3 cloves roasted minced garlic (you don’t have to roast it but it’s way better if you do)
good splash of really good EVOO
juice of half a lemon
whip it all in a food processor until super smooth
finished with more EVOO, pickled Fresno chiles, Kalamata olives, blistered cherry tomatoes, Z’atar searing. This stuff was so good!

Thank looks amazing. Did you guys get any of that rain yesterday? Built up all around us but of course went right around and didn't get a drop. The Cen-Tex Smoker said:This stuff is amazing and super easy:

We did. We got about an inch which is all we need out here. It rained 3-5” all around us which would have swamped us out for a few days. For once, it was just the right amount haha.Hook_emHornsfan_74 said:
