Managed an Interesting Trade

Believe it or not, I was watching one of those shows where a guy starts with a pack of smokes and gradually trades his way up to a Land Rover, and asked myself why I couldn't do that.   But I just wanted a straight trade.  

I found this car for sale online, and wondered if the owner would accept an offer of all of my cookers (BGE, Karubecue, Roccbox) as a straight trade:



Much to my surprise - he went for it!  I guess he didn't have too many bites for offers on this car (it's probably the orange color), and has always wanted to learn how to smoke some meat, and here was his chance.  

So I may not be posting here for a while, as I no longer have anything to cook on.  However, you may see me cruising around town in some new orange wheels!

    Funny you mention that, Frank.  Part of the reason I was even on the market for a new super car is that my F-40 always seems to be in the shop.  Don’t even get me started on how much the oil changes cost!  Off soapbox.

    Taking the edge off the loss for sure.  Actually of all the teams we could lose to, I am just fine losing to that NC State team.  I think they have their work cut out for them against Purdue, but it's hard not to like the guys on the team.
