In keeping with my commitment to post a stand-alone cook here instead of the WAYCTDr thread, here you go: (12 inch pan-SWMBO visiting her mother in NORCAL. Life is good!)
Rice and sofrito getting ready-tossed in the earlier cooked garlic-
And then a bit of the overload seafood add: (Shrimp, a few bay scallops and some lobster meat) along with the green (jalapenos);
And the paella $$ shot-soccarrat-
Enough to enjoy for a few more banquets.
Thanks for lookin'.
And a link to a good base approach with lots of supporting info: https://nakedwhiz.com/paella/paella.htm
Great all in one dish!

Amazing, Cap. Thanks for sharing this one, and be sure to enjoy a little debauchery while you can.

I have actually never attempted this, and I need to rectify that. Great post, Cap."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

Absolutely one of my favorite dishes to consume. That pan full of Gods favorite stuff to eat, would be gone within moments of being made available, by me only. What a fabulous cook, as always."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber
